On our REO side our Team has the experience in dealing with only Qualified Buyers & Investors. Our services are completed In-House and consists of BPO’s, Photo-Updates, Weekly Inspections, Re-keying, Trash out & Hauling if needed, Lawn Services, Most All Repairs, Board-ups, Eviction Process and Cash For Keys. We have our Licensed Contractor to do any additional work that may require a Lic. My infrastructure is in place to handle your ASSIGNMENTS NOW!
On our Shortsale Side, we take a holistic approach that weighs ALL aspects of a clients "HARDSHIP" situation! MOST Loan Modifications that BANKS offer DO NOT WORK and are NOT in the best interests of the borrower / customers.
