Dennis has been with us as our Realtor for over 15 years. He's assisted us as buyers and sellers on all our properties including our grown kids. He goes the extra mile and educates us on where the market is and what is needed from us to target market our investments.

 

We've become his friends and he ours. We've shared great memories and times together outside of real estate including talks of us growing up in Italy that he decided to visit and enjoy the history there. He still drops by and says Hi even though his PR list is long. In this day and age it difficult to see everyone and stay in contact being busy all the time. With his 17+ yrs of experience he knows his business.

 

We surely would refer Dennis to anyone wanting to use him to buy or sell real estate either for personal or investment purposes. He's genuine and sincere and am always happy to see him and have him in our circle of friends and family. Relationships is what he builds after the closings.

Dennis is definitely one of the best realtors we have had a great experience with. As first time home buyers we could not ask for more from our Realtor and his patience and excellence along with his professionalism was able to find us a home within a month in this low inventory market. The whole process went as smooth as it could and we give all credit to Dennis although he says it’s a team effort involving the lender (Princeton Capital) and the other good agents that all work together to make the process run smooth.

He worked very hard and diligently for us and got us a dream home. He had the knowledge and expertise that we needed from our real estate agent. He helped us with lot of important decisions throughout the process of buying our home. He is very resourceful and will reach beyond his professional limits to help his clients.
